I get to travel all over Asia, interacting with some really smart developers, both inside the company and outside, and I get to play with and show off new development technologies. On the good days, I can&#8217;t believe somebody pays me to do it.<\/p>\n<p>When I&#8217;m not doing Embarcadero stuff or hanging out with my family, I&#8217;m often tinkering with code, either just to see if something can be done in a better way, or on some personal projects.
